The offensive fireworks are likely to continue for the Hammerhogs, who boast the second-highest runs scored in the league. The Slammers, on the other hand, have struggled immensely at the plate this season, scoring a meager 18 runs over four games.

The game against the Hammerhogs does provide an opportunity for the offense. While they have scored a lot of runs, the Hammerhogs have also given up the most runs in the league. Expect another barn-burner in this one.

VIDEO GAME PERFORMANCE: Pitcher Nick Sobieszczyk put up a video game-like performance last week on both offense and defense. He went 3-3 with a home run at the plate. On the mound, he struck out an insane 6 batters, including striking out the side one inning. For slow-pitch softball, those numbers are unheard of!

WITH A WIN: The Hammerhogs would advance to 3-3. It would be the team's fourth win over the Slammers in franchise history.

The Slammers would advance to 1-4, earning their fourth win in franchise history. Three of those four wins would have come against the Hammerhogs, continuing to build the rivalry between the two franchises.
